



The “Organization Continuation Review Workshop” was organized by the Asmani Foundations from May 8 to 10 at the Jaldhaka Upazila Auditorium.
This three-day workshop was specifically designed to evaluate the current state of the organization, review its constitution, and make the governance framework more effective.
Key Highlights and Discussion Topics:
The various sessions of the workshop focused on several critical areas:
Institutional Analysis: A comprehensive analysis of the organization’s current institutional standing.
A thorough review of the existing constitution, identifying key clauses that require updating to meet modern organizational needs.
Governance Framework: Detailed discussions on the governance framework for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Jaldhaka graced the event as the guest of honor and provided strategic guidance during their speech.
The workshop saw active participation from the Executive Committee (EC), General Committee (GC), and the Advisory Committee of the Asmani Foundation. Additionally, representatives from five Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs) attended as special guests.
Participants shared their insights and suggestions aimed at making the organization’s future activities more robust, transparent, and accountable. The successful three-day event concluded with highly participatory discussions and the formulation of a new strategic action plan.
Organized under the “Space to Lead (S2L)” project, the workshop was implemented with technical support from Plan International Bangladesh and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
