The workshop was conducted under the Space to Lead Project, with technical support from Plan International Bangladesh and financial support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). We were honored to have esteemed resource persons with us: Pongkaj Moy Tripura (Programme Specialist), Rezanul Huque (Safeguarding Specialist – Focal), and Kamrun Nahar Borna (Finance Specialist).
This two-day workshop provided a structured platform to assess Asmani Foundation’s organizational capacities, focusing on governance, safeguarding, financial transparency, and future-oriented strategic planning. With the active participation of youth leaders, the sessions encouraged reflection, learning, and experience-sharing. The initiative marks an important step toward strengthening institutional accountability, transparency, and sustainable organizational growth.
